Cats are welcome at Colonial Village! There is a limit of 2 per apartment. There is a one time fee $200 per cats, plus an additional monthly rent of $25 per cat. All residents with pets are required to submit a veterinarian statement establishing the general health, breed or breed mix of the pet, as well as proof of current rabies vaccinations and shots as required by law. All cat residents need to be approved by management and a signed Lease Addendum for pets is required!
